Canyon Club
Created a vibrant dining and beverage "third place" destination for Canyon Club Brewery at the esteemed Danville Livery plaza in California's East Bay area. Utilizing the existing cathedral gable roof lines, we crafted a voluminous bar and dining area beneath sandblasted wooden trusses. By merging multiple former tenant spaces, we created a seamless restaurant space complete with a centralized kitchen designed for efficient service circulation, accommodating over 220 guest seats with two separate food service lines. The expansive outdoor patio effortlessly connects with the interior bar and lounge through folding windows, serving as bench seating when open.
Our design highlights an 18-seat concrete bar with a hanging biofilia support structure above, a small-scale brewery adjacent to the bar, a communal seating area, and various nooks to foster community interactions. The outdoor patio features two fire pit areas, bench seating, and additional tables under string lights.
